Core Values and Commitments

THINK BIG! START SMALL!

What we represent — our core commitments

Equal Rights & Access

Everyone—regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity—has an inviolable right to life, food, shelter, education, and physical & mental health, protected by equal due‑process under the law.

Immigration with Humanity & Security

• Flexible admission levels that respect U.S. capacity and global need.

• Thorough—but humane—background vetting; deny violent offenders.

• Seasonal‑work visas to meet labor gaps, with the same vetting.

• Immigrants enjoy all basic human rights and must follow U.S. laws—serious violation risks deportation.

Citizenship & Social Cooperation

• No citizen or institution may restrict another’s rights on the basis of belief or identity.

• We encourage constructive communication, collaboration, and equitable compromise.

• Disputes are natural; harassment, discrimination, or violence are never tolerated.

A Fair & Impartial Judicial System

• Equal access to counsel and due process—wealth or status must not tilt the scales.

• Robust checks, swift consequences, and removal for officials who abuse power.

• Courts must remedy proven wrongs, not serve as tools for intimidation.

Freedom of Expression & Honest Dialogue

• Peaceful protest and creative expression are fundamental, so long as they harm no person or property.

• Deliberate falsehoods, slander, or defamation are not protected; repeat offenders lose expressive privileges and face civil or criminal penalties.

• Public corrections and full disclosures are required when misinformation occurs.

Human Rights First, Always

• Human rights outweigh the privileges of any corporation, government, or organization.

• Local businesses and community groups take priority over multinationals.

• Profit is welcome—unless it violates human, societal, or environmental rights.

Regulation Through Innovation

• Rules shouldn’t be one‑size‑fits‑all: if someone can prove they exceed a regulation’s intent by another method, an exception should be written into law, complete with evidence and oversight.

• Incentives and tax breaks must hinge on the share of revenue reinvested in communities—not on company size.

Clean, People‑Powered Elections

• Offices are decided by popular vote only.

• Eligible voters are verified legal residents issued secure voter IDs; rolls are reviewed within two months of each election.

• Slander or defamation disqualifies candidates.

• Campaigns are strictly grassroots—no fundraising, contributions, gifts, or paid advertising; everything runs on volunteer energy and a free, centralized voter information hub.
